Placement Specialist

About the role
As a Placement Specialist, you are the single point of contact an employer trusts from their first message to long after placement day. You listen, recommend the right route – hire, renewal or transfer – coordinate interviews, and keep the paperwork moving. It's client-facing, detail-heavy work for someone who is genuinely helpful and calm under a deadline.
Responsibilities
- Guide employers through hire, renewal and transfer, in their language
- Shortlist and match helpers to each household's real needs
- Coordinate interviews and manage expectations honestly
- Keep contract, visa and Immigration steps on schedule with the documentation team
- Own the relationship through aftersales and renewals
Requirements
- Fluent English plus Cantonese and/or Mandarin (繁 / 简)
- Experience in recruitment, client service or the domestic-helper sector (preferred)
- Strong organisation and clear, warm written communication
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's Standard Employment Contract and Immigration process (a plus)
- Client to supply: exact requirements, experience level and any licences needed
