You should never have to ask twice what something costs. Our rates are range-based and published up front.
In short: PASIA publishes range-based fees for every service – overseas processing, contract renewal and local transfer – so you can budget before you book. Employer-side agency fees are not capped by law, which is exactly why we show ranges up front. All figures are placeholders; live rates show PASIA's published ranges, dated.

Under Hong Kong's employment agency law (Cap. 57 and its regulations), agency commission is capped at 10% of the first month's wage – but that cap protects the helper (the job-seeker), not the employer. Employer-side agency fees are not capped by law. Rather than leave you guessing, PASIA publishes transparent ranges so you can budget honestly before you commit. Government and third-party costs – visa, medical, insurance and the helper's wage – are separate from our service fee, and your specialist itemises them at consultation.
Dated-figure convention: Every figure is shown as a range and dated: "HK$X,XXX · as of [date] – verify current rates." Government figures (Minimum Allowable Wage, food allowance, levy status) must be checked against the Labour Department / Immigration Department before publishing.
