About PASIA

The people behind your placement

A small, senior, in-house team – licensed, based in Hong Kong, and reachable by name.

In short: Paramount Asia is run by a small in-house team in Hong Kong – placement specialists, a documentation and visa lead, helper relations and aftersales care. One named specialist owns your case from first consultation to first working day, so you never re-explain your situation to a new voice.

Our team

One team, in-house, licensed

No outsourced middlemen and no call centre. The person who takes your first call is the person who sees the placement through.

Names, photos and bios are Client to supply: real names, headshots and short bios. Roles below reflect how the work is actually divided.

Case ownership

Who you deal with, and when

Case ownership stays with one specialist. These are the people who support them behind the scenes.

Our standards

How we hire our own team

We ask employers to take hiring seriously, so we hold ourselves to it. Everyone client-facing is trained on Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) and its regulations (Cap. 57A), the Standard Employment Contract, and the Immigration Department's current process for foreign domestic helpers. Licensing details and registrations are published on our accreditations page rather than described vaguely here.

We are occasionally hiring

PASIA is small by design, but we do open roles – placement, documentation and client care. If you know this industry and think it should be run better, we would like to hear from you.
