Aftersales & Ongoing Support
The placement is the start, not the finish. Every PASIA hire comes with a replacement window, welfare check-ins, and a specialist who still answers.
In short: Every PASIA placement includes aftersales: a replacement window if the match doesn't work out, welfare check-ins during settling-in, and a specialist who still answers after day one. Exact terms – replacement period and what's covered – are confirmed in writing with your contract. Support runs in English, 繁 and 简.
If the match doesn't work out
If a placement genuinely isn't working within the agreed period, talk to your specialist first – often a small settling-in issue is fixable. If it isn't, your replacement window means we help you source another suitable helper.
Client to supply: exact replacement period and conditions
Settling-in check-ins
In the first weeks, we check in with both sides as your helper settles into the household routine. Small things – expectations, communication, the rhythm of the home – get caught early, before they become reasons to end a placement.
Client to supply: check-in scheduleA specialist who still answers
After day one, your specialist stays reachable for the questions that come up later – contracts, rest days, renewals, or day-to-day concerns. When your contract nears its end, we handle the renewal too. Support is available in English, 繁 and 简.
